Information on COVID-19

Our Statement to You

It has always been our goal to keep our patients, staff and community safe and healthy. Our approach to this has been through education and individual empowerment of your health. We want you to understand your body and choices, to ensure a long and healthy future with those you love. For some of you who may be high risk due to COVID-19 or are more concerned about your health, you may wish to defer treatment until a future time and that is perfectly acceptable with us. For those of you who require dental care now, we want to share with you what we are doing differently and what you can expect.

We have identified the source of these protocols below and will update this page as we receive guidance from them.

How You Can Help

  • Please familiarize yourself with symptoms of COVID-191 and call us to reschedule if you are uncertain of your health

  • Buncombe County has an online self-check system if you are concerned about your risk
  • Bring and wear your own facemask

Prior to Arrival

  • We ask that you arrive to the office wearing your own facemask

  • We will ask a series of questions to ensure your health and minimize your risk of exposure to the virus
  • Please alert us to any travel outside of the local area within the past 14 days

Upon Arrival

  • Please check-in immediately upon your arrival
  • Wear your facemask into the building and in the lobby
  • Immediately utilize the hand disinfectant station in the lobby
  • Be prepared to complete another screening questionnaire
  • We will be taking the temperature of everyone when they arrive
  • If there is sufficient space, you may choose to wait in the lobby
